1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between iw8 ("Platform", "us") and each individual who accesses or uses the services provided on the iw8.wine website ("Platform"). This platform provides various online entertainment services including online slots, live casino, sports betting and table games to eligible players.

By registering an account, making a deposit, using any game or service offered, or simply browsing this platform, you hereby agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained in this document as well as our Privacy Policy. 2. User Eligibility

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Only

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the iw8 platform. This restriction covers the use of different names, different email addresses, different mobile phone numbers, or any other information used to create additional accounts. Breach of this rule will result in the closure of all related accounts along with forfeiture of balances and bonuses.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete and current information during the registration process. The information required includes your full name as stated on your identity card (MyKad), an active mobile phone number, a valid email address and your exact date of birth.

iw8 reserves the right at any time to request identity verification through copies of official documents. Failure to comply with a verification request within the specified period may result in temporary suspension of the account until verification is complete.

3.3 Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. iw8 recommends that you use a strong password and do not share your login details with anyone. Any activity that occurs through your account is considered to have been carried out by you unless you have reported any unauthorised access to our support team promptly.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit per transaction is RM20, regardless of the payment method chosen. The iw8 platform supports the following deposit methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, as well as cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH.

All deposits must originate from legitimate funds belonging to the registered user. iw8 reserves the right to reject deposits suspected of involving money laundering or funds obtained unlawfully. Any successful deposit transaction is final and cannot be reversed once funds have been credited to your gaming account.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal is RM50 per request. Withdrawals are only processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to the review policy set by iw8.

The standard processing time for withdrawals is between 5 and 30 minutes once the request is approved. This period does not include internal processing time by the bank or e-wallet provider, which is outside iw8's control. Withdrawals may be delayed if further verification is required.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions Related to Bonuses

Before withdrawing funds obtained from bonuses, players must meet the relevant wagering requirements. For example, if you deposit RM100 and receive a bonus of RM120, your wagering requirement is RM120 × 15 = RM1,800 before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

iw8 offers a welcome bonus of 120% on the first deposit, up to a maximum of RM1,000. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount received before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

Calculation example: A deposit of RM1,800 will generate a bonus of RM1,000, bringing the total balance to RM2,800. The wagering requirement to be met is RM1,000 × 15 = RM15,000.

5.2 VIP Programme and Cashback

Active players are eligible to join the iw8 VIP programme, which consists of five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier provides different weekly cashback benefits, ranging from up to 0.3% at Bronze tier to up to 1.5% at Diamond tier. Tier advancement is based on continued gaming activity on the platform.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions at iw8 are subject to the following conditions:

• Only one welcome bonus is permitted per new player;
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another player;
• iw8 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer without prior notice;
• Any attempt to abuse promotions will result in cancellation of the bonus and possible account closure;
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period set for each promotion.

6. Game Rules

Game results generated by the iw8 system are final. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, iw8 will review the system records and the decision of our technical team is final and binding. 7. Prohibited Conduct

• Registering more than one account to claim bonuses or promotions improperly;

iw8 reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to suspend or close any player's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, a request from legal authorities, or any other reason deemed reasonable by iw8. In cases of closure resulting from a player's breach, outstanding balances and winnings may be withheld or forfeited.

8.2 Closure by Player

Players may close their account at any time by contacting our 24/7 support team via live chat or email. Before closure, all outstanding wagering requirements must be taken into account. Eligible balances will be returned in accordance with the applicable withdrawal policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, iw8 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive losses arising from the use of this platform, including losses resulting from service interruptions, technical failures, or loss of data.

The iw8 platform is provided "as is". While we endeavour to keep the platform operational at all times, we do not guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions, technical errors or failures caused by factors beyond our control, including internet disruptions, third-party infrastructure failures or unforeseen circumstances.
